Preparing the farm for the spring heat: results of our participation in the DAIRY FARMING INDUSTRY forum

On March 11, our company took part in the specialized forum “DAIRY FARMING INDUSTRY: working on cost.” During the event, our partner and expert from Spain spoke, presenting a report on “Heat stress in dairy farming: overview, assessment and approach.”

During the speech, we discussed key issues:

• How to timely and correctly assess the threat of heat stress on the farm.
• What comprehensive tools and European approaches should be used to reliably protect the herd.
• How maintaining animal health in the heat affects the reduction of the cost of milk production.
