1. Control of mycotoxins

The walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast cultures effectively bind and inactivate non-polar mycotoxins. The seaweed extract (chlorophyllin) acts as an interceptor, reacting to form a molecular complex with the aromatic structure of Aflatoxin.
